We take great pride in our reputation for quality and high standards. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange if the following conditions are met.
Mourjjan accepts returns and exchanges of unused items directly in one of our stores or by mail within 10 days from the date of delivery. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any item if:
Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used. We are only able to accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Mourjjan’s website.
Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as DHL, UPS or FedEx; those shipping costs are non‑refundable. We are not responsible if a package is lost when shipped by the customer.
Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.
If the chosen substitute size is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, a new order must be placed.
It is important that you contact us by phone or email before returning any item.
